COMBATTING CSAM

At Buhnanuh Club, we are committed to creating a safe and secure platform for our users. We will not tolerate the creation or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). The creation, possession, or distribution of CSAM is illegal, immoral, and against our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward CSAM, and we take proactive steps to prevent and swiftly remove any suspected CSAM from our platform. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to monitor content and maintain the highest standards of safety for all users.

What is CSAM?

CSAM refers to any material (image or video) that depicts sexually explicit conduct, including nudity, involving individuals under the age of 18. Such materials are illegal and amount to child sexual abuse and exploitation.

How often does CSAM appear on Buhnanuh Club?

We aggressively target, identify, and report any content related to CSAM. Incidents of suspected CSAM are exceedingly rare, and we report all suspected CSAM to relevant authorities for immediate investigation.

We work closely with law enforcement agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to combat CSAM effectively and protect vulnerable individuals.

How does Buhnanuh Club identify CSAM?

We utilize state-of-the-art technology to scan and monitor content on our platform, ensuring no CSAM is shared. Our content moderators are specifically trained to detect and report any suspicious content. Every piece of uploaded content undergoes a rigorous review process to prevent the posting of CSAM.

All content that passes the automated review is manually examined by our trained moderators within 24 hours. If any CSAM is suspected, it is immediately escalated for further action.

What actions do we take when CSAM is identified?

Upon identifying suspected CSAM, we take the following steps:

  1. Immediate removal of any suspected CSAM from the platform.
  2. Report to law enforcement via the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
  3. We cooperate fully with law enforcement to assist in investigations and hold offenders accountable.

How do we handle direct messages and private content?

Buhnanuh Club does not use end-to-end encryption. All content, including private messages and posts, is subject to review by our team of trained moderators. We can identify and remove any CSAM, even from private or direct messages, to prevent illegal activity.

How does Buhnanuh Club prevent the creation or distribution of CSAM?

  1. Strict identity verification: We require users to complete rigorous identity verification before posting or subscribing to content. This ensures that no one can post anonymously, and all users' identities are known to us.
  2. Subscription model: Our platform’s subscription-based model makes it more difficult for malicious actors to anonymously share CSAM. Users must be verified to engage with content, minimizing the risk of illegal activity.

How can you report suspected CSAM?

If you encounter any content that you suspect may involve CSAM, please immediately:

  • Click the report button on the post or account.
  • Email us at support@buhnanuh.com with the details.

We will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action.

Our Commitment to Safety

Buhnanuh Club takes the fight against CSAM very seriously. We are committed to working with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and international NGOs to prevent the creation and distribution of CSAM on our platform. We also engage in continuous safety efforts, including intelligence sharing, prevention strategies, and proactive monitoring.

We publish regular Transparency Reports to demonstrate our commitment to combating CSAM and ensuring the safety of our community.
