This Content Moderation Policy ("Policy") outlines how The Buhnanuh Club moderates content shared on our platform. By using The Buhnanuh Club, you agree to adhere to this Policy. Please read it carefully.
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service between you and The Buhnanuh Club. For further clarification, refer to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which explain what content is permitted and not permitted on The Buhnanuh Club.
Interpretation
The terms defined in the The Buhnanuh Club Terms of Service have the same meanings in this Policy unless specifically defined here.
When We Moderate Content
While The Buhnanuh Club is a platform for creators and fans to express themselves freely, we reserve the right to moderate content that may violate our Terms of Service, which include our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines.
Why We Moderate Content
We moderate content to ensure the safety and well-being of our community. By using our platform, creators and users must comply with our rules, which are designed to foster a positive environment.
What Content We Moderate
At any time, we may review and remove content shared on The Buhnanuh Club. This includes, but is not limited to, text, audio, images, direct messages, and videos.
How We Moderate Content
We use a combination of advanced digital technologies and human moderators to review content that is uploaded to the platform. Our trained moderators will remove content that violates our Terms of Service.
Technologies Used in Content Moderation
We deploy various technology tools to help us identify and review potential violations of our Terms of Service. These include:
- "Hashlists" and "Stop Words": These tools scan media, audio, and text to identify content matching harmful images or words. Hashlists contain unique identifiers assigned to harmful media, such as non-consensual intimate images (NCII) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Image and Text Scanning Tools: We use automated systems to scan media and text for potential violations of our policies. Our human moderators will review flagged content to make informed decisions.
Consequences of Violating Content Guidelines
If you share content that violates our Terms of Service, we may take the following actions:
- Deactivate the content.
- Issue a warning.
- Issue a final warning.
- Deactivate the account.
- Ban the user from the platform.
If you repeatedly violate our policies or commit serious violations, we may suspend or terminate your account and prohibit you from creating new accounts on The Buhnanuh Club.
Reasons We May Remove Content
We may remove content for the following reasons, which include but are not limited to:
- Content featuring a creator who cannot be verified as 18+.
- Content featuring a creator whose identity cannot be verified, including AI-generated content.
- Content featuring creators pretending to be under 18, even in fictional or role-play settings.
- Sexually explicit content featuring someone who is not the verified creator and lacks proper consent or identity verification.
- Nudity in public spaces or involving animals.
- Content that is illegal where the content was filmed or where the user resides.
- Violent or extreme content, including blood or harm.
- Content involving illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous behavior.
- Use of everyday objects in harmful ways, including as sex toys.
- Content encouraging in-person meetings, raffles, or competitions.
Illegal Content
We take illegal content very seriously. If we detect content that violates the law, we will deactivate the content and report it to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Specifically, we report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline. We comply with our data-sharing obligations as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Appeals of Content Moderation Decisions
If you believe that your content or account was incorrectly deactivated, you may appeal the decision. To do so, complete the Deactivation Appeal Form in accordance with our Appeals Policy.
