ENSURING CONSENT FOR INTIMATE IMAGES

The Buhnanuh Club Consent Policy for Intimate Images

By using this platform, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully.

Introduction:

This document sets out The Buhnanuh Club' Consent Policy for Intimate Images (“Policy”). This Policy explains when, why, and how The Buhnanuh Club can moderate and remove intimate content, ensuring that all content posted adheres to our Terms of Service and guidelines surrounding consent. By using The Buhnanuh Club, you agree to comply with this policy.

What is Non-Consensual Intimate Image (NCII)?

A Non-Consensual Intimate Image (NCII) is any sexually explicit image or video of someone that was taken or shared without their consent. This includes intimate images or videos that were created in a private setting and were not intended for public distribution.

Our Commitment to Preventing NCII

The Buhnanuh Club is committed to preventing the posting or sharing of Non-Consensual Intimate Images (NCII). We take action against any users who attempt to upload or distribute NCII content.

Creators are fully responsible for ensuring that any explicit content they upload or share features individuals who have provided informed, explicit consent. This includes the obligation to verify that all individuals featured in the content are over the age of 18, and that they have consented to the use and distribution of their images.

How Does The Buhnanuh Club Prevent NCII?

  • User Verification: All users of The Buhnanuh Club must undergo an identity verification process, ensuring that both the content creators and any individuals appearing in explicit content are properly authenticated and have consented to the use of their images.

  • Informed Consent: Creators must ensure that they have received informed consent from any individual featured in explicit content. Content without verified consent will be removed from the platform.

What Happens if Suspected NCII is Found?

If The Buhnanuh Club identifies any content as suspected NCII, the content will be immediately removed. The Buhnanuh Club will also investigate the user who uploaded the content, and we will suspend or permanently ban users who attempt to upload or distribute NCII. We work with law enforcement to support investigations and prosecutions of individuals sharing NCII.

The Buhnanuh Club’ identity verification process allows us to assist law enforcement agencies by providing them with accurate information, which helps to track and prosecute individuals involved in the creation or distribution of NCII.

Reporting NCII

If you see content on The Buhnanuh Club that you suspect is Non-Consensual Intimate Image, please report it immediately.

  • Use the "Report" button on the content or account page.
  • Alternatively, email support@buhnanuh.com with details of the suspected content.

What if I Change My Mind About Content I Previously Consented to?

If you previously consented to intimate content being shared on The Buhnanuh Club but no longer wish for it to appear, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Please contact us at support@buhnanuh.com  and we will immediately take down the content in question.

Additional Measures to Prevent NCII

The Buhnanuh Club partners with StopNCII.org, an initiative designed to prevent the distribution of Non-Consensual Intimate Images. This tool enables individuals to "hash" their intimate images, generating a unique digital identifier that prevents the content from being uploaded to platforms like The Buhnanuh Club.

If any content matches a hash in the StopNCII list, it will automatically be blocked from being uploaded to The Buhnanuh Club. You can learn more about this initiative at StopNCII.org.

Conclusion

The Buhnanuh Club is committed to providing a safe and respectful platform for all users. We work hard to ensure that consent is always obtained before intimate content is shared, and we take all necessary actions to protect our users from NCII abuse. If you need further assistance or have concerns about consent, please reach out to our support team at support@buhnanuh.com
